Quality control is not there

The first time I called there to inquire about purchasing a power port I was treated very rudely. It was a terrible experience. I also called 3 different times about the software update and was led astray every time. I finally figured that out on my own. Between the glitches in my system and my first phone call there my experience with Ridetech hasn't been the best.

I had to call in three times over a year to get the update. And the suggestion did not come from your techs—I had to ask for it after reading several forums. Perhaps a. New list of items to check first should be written.

Not very responsive and unknown delivery times.
