I ordered custom bars with

I ordered custom bars with adjustable R-joints at both ends. Expected the length I specified to be built at the middle adjustment point of the rod ends so I had plenty of adjustment both ways. Unfortunately they were built to the length specified with the joints screwed all the way in. I should have specified this in the notes section I guess. Keep this in mind when ordering folks.

Not happy with ridetech asked

Not happy with ridetech asked for stickers when purchased and recieved zero stickers . Then i emailed them to let them know and got no reply . Plus my rear shocks rattle . Was planning on purchasing the helper bags and rear sway bar but not so sure now.

Overall love your products. What

Overall love your products. What im not happy about is the ZERO response to all the emails i have sent with tech questions before and after the purchase. I believe i have sent 5 emails, maybe more. . . and not a single one was returned. So i had to call durning business hours and wait on hold to talk to someone. Also, the lack of communication on my order. I did order during black friday so sounds like you guys were swamped and did recieve a "thanks for your purchase" email and then crickets. . . . i waited 2 or 3 weeks before calling (because no one replied to my email) just to verify my order did infact go through. Would be nice to get an email saying we are running behind, item is backordered, something. . . . . Other then those complaints. . . items are great and super high quality. Will enjoy them. Thanks
