This is my 4th Rand McNally product. My first unit, a 7" TND was damaged and I replaced it with a 5" TND. I purchased a 2nd 5" unit which I mounted in my vehicle. Both of those units needed to be retired as they were years past their service life and no longer updateable. This unit I bought specifically to use in my motorhome and for the winter months moved it to my F250 Superduty. I live the functionality of being to have someone add an address while on the go unlike the built in navigation of the truck.

Shipping was very fast. An hour after I made my online purchase I found the same GPS at a truck-stop for $100 less. I called customer service to cancel my order and was told it had already shipped and it was to late to cancel the order, 1 hour later !! That was disappointing

To be honest, I’m a little annoyed that I had to purchase a new one. My old model works just fine however it needs a map update real bad and when I called I was told you no longer use this model and if I want an updated map I must buy a new one when you advertise on your sales of these lifetime updates, I don’t think it’s right, but I do enjoy this particular brand
