The salesfellow i purchased my new cargo liner for my new 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk was very pleasant and helpful in all respects! I had called Radco before going into the store. I asked for him when I went into store. He called and let me know it arrived about a week sooner than he thought it would. When I went into pick it up a coworker carried it out and put it in my Jeep for me as my salesman was busy with a customer on the phone. Both fellows were very nice, polite, and helpful!

Everything went just as described and quoted.
