Radco shipped very quick as soon as I ordered that same day I had a email saying my order had shipped and had it in 2 days .

I purchased a Fas-Top traveler package which includes the tonneau cover and soft topper. Radco customer service was very communicative about the timeline it would take for the factory to make one and get it to me, which was great. When attempting to install the Fas-top system, I found that the factory sent the wrong mounting hardware. Radco customer service immediately rectified the situation and arranged for the correct clamps to be shipped to me. In the two times I interacted with radco, they were knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. I will be using their store again for purchasing other items for my pickup because of this.
