Performs great for the cost
I recently picked up a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon GT with 240k miles for $500 to fix up and use as a beater track car. Freshened up the steering bits and threw on a set of new Raceland coilovers. This was the easiest coilover install I have ever done and every bracket lined up exactly as it should.
Got an alignment, and went to Buttonwillow Raceway the next weekend. I had never been on that track before and didn't really get comfortable till my last sessions. Nevertheless, the car was planted with the coilovers and really boosted my confidence to push harder and faster. Out of every car (V6 swapped MKI MR2, WRX, Prelude) I have taken to the track, I have not had one this neutral under hard trail braking. Very predictable and easy to control. Excited to go back to Streets of Willow to see if I can be faster than myself in the other cars. Only wish there were other options from Raceland for the Tiburon so I can set it on soft dampening on my drive to and from the track.
