Lexus Stevens Creek

I ordered a battery for my Lexus and drove over to pick it up. I was happy to see a disabled parking spot located near the entrance. I went pt the parts concierge who picked up and dropped off the nee battery in my car. A very courteous and kind man. Thank you. I have had my lx470 for the past 25 years and can say that the service has always been exceptional.
