Received part wrong item

I had ordered some accessories for our vehicle and it was the first time I had gone to the facility. I arrived to nice looking building with grounds kept up. When I entered, I was greeted with a genuine smile. I asked where to go to retrieve my order and the nice lady referred me to proper desk. There was a waiting area, likely with wi-fi and another separate area for refreshments. I didnt get a chance tonuse them, but it was nice to know the convienece avaialble when it was time to bring in the vehicle for service. The facility had displayed additional accessories for patrons to see and purchase as well. The gentlemen at the orders desk was able to retrieve my order in a timely fashion and even add to it all same time without having to go to another station to process payments unlike other facilities I encountered in the past. Other employees that were there also said hello with real smiles as they walked by. The building wasn't a service building - it was a customer service experience.
