I selected the wrong parts to repair the oil cooler line leak on my 2007 RX 350. They responded quickly to my questions and sent my the correct parts which were more expensive than the wrong parts I had selected on the website, but didn't charging me any extra for the substitution. The new parts fit perfectly. The guy I spoke with was knowledgeable, profession, and polite. I will do business with them again.
