Backordered parts, but team made it right.
Ordered parts for an old Toyota Land Cruiser. I’m used to parts not being on hand but finally followed up after 2 weeks of no shipping notifications or updates. The guys at the parts counter kept me well informed and were patient and courteous every time I called in and took good care of me. The parts did get here, eventually. I can’t fault Koons for the delay but I do wish there was a bit more proactive communication and updates when parts are going to be late.
