Harper Jaguar

Harper Jaguar is my "go to" for parts for my 2000 XKR. Availability and service are first class! However, I no longer will have my order shipped through USPS! For the second time in several months, my order is late, and no longer shows in tracking!! I live in the Atlanta GA. area. My order left Nashville, arrived in an Atlanta facility on the day it showed to be delivered. 3 days later, tracking showed it in Montgomery AL. It now no longer shows on the tracking grid!!!, 7 days after leaving Nashville. It's normally a 3 day trip for my orders. USPS is the worst, I will have to pay more to insure my parts arrive in a timely manor. This is by no means a fault of Harper Jaguar! Thanks all, look forward to doing business in the near future. Usually my parts come before shipment day

Bought a TPMS module from another dealer. Dealer told me the part was updated and it costs more so I canceled. 1 week later I asked for an update on the refund and I was told they had not got around to it. Asked for the price of the new part and it was almost 2x. Asked for the refund on the first purchase so I can buy the updated part. Refund was IMMEDIATE. Knowing this was they way they do business I bought from Harper. Straightforward, fast shipping, and more competitively priced. TPMS module solved the issue.
