My overall feeling with Owl and Oul’s products is great. I had a good conversation regarding the part I ordered and it not being a good fit for my application. It was received well and I was able to get a return label sent and I’m still waiting for the refund.

Multiple items installed at the Portland location. . . . Nice shop and people! Great work on my van - they only missed one fastener on a door panel - minor fix. Do not drive your sprinter another mile without upgrading your suspension! It is worth the money.
