My wife and I drove up to Owl from Tucson with two vehicles. Not only did we have the Sprinter we also had a Honda CR-V. We got there a bit early, dropped the Sprinter off for the modifications, and took the CR-V for a little bit of an adventure while we were waiting for the work to be completed. Owl installed the 4. 3 Falcon system, as well as bash plates. We had them add the transmission bash plate to the order. The installation took less than the quoted time, and they explained and demonstrated how to make on-the-fly adjustments to the damping. It was professional and courteous. I know this isn't much, but since it was both myself and my wife, they allowed us to take multiple parting gifts (hats and t-shirts). Little things matter!
