It was my first time buying online from this platform. I bought CV axles for Corolla and made the transaction. Later the OEM parts team told me that the parts I bought bought doesn't fit my car. I emailed them and cancelled my order. I got my full refund back. I have one suggestion, they should introduce return mechanism on website like Amazon and put their proper contact details on website. Other than that they have great customer service, always replied to emails.
