I ordered my drive shaft from mopar and it took a month to come in, I called everyday after three weeks to find out the status and it was always a problem with the shipping company which is fine but I never received updates, if I knew I was going to be with out my truck for a month I would have ordered a used one from nearby

I was very pleased with the experience. From the website to the delivery everything was smooth. Searching the website was a breeze. Check out was spot on and easy to navigate. The company turned around my order the next business day and delivery was made by a reputable mainstream company. No strange one company passing it to another company causing delays. I also like the touch of being able to enter your VIN number so they could cross check that you did actually find the correct part. Now, nothing came of it so I can't testify they actually cross check my order, however, the fact that this is part of their system leaves the opportunity for that check to happen. So, if I ordered the wrong axle seal they could catch it and contact me with the suggested change. Mopar Wholesale Parts is my new "first stop" when it comes to purchasing parts online for my Dodge and RAM vehicles. Which is strange considering I live less than a mile from a dealership.
