Does not fit. Arms to long. Need return label.

I ordered some boots that I was very unhappy with. They are terrible in the rain & mud. Ordered an armored flannel shirt that I wasn’t happy with & they charged me to return it

I bought a jacket billed as a motorcycle jacket. It arrived but there were no pockets for armor. When I asked customer service about it, they replied with a picture of the inside of the jacket and an assurance that there were armor pockets. They were referring to the pockets for carrying a concealed weapon (which I don’t and never will) and had no idea what “armor” means in the motorcycling world. The jacket is a beautifully made jacket. I would otherwise give this business a 5 rating. But this was just too much.

Horrible customer service and not true to their word.
