Not impressed

I made an error on my order and purchased the wrong part. I contacted mazdapartsonline.com about returning my order. I have yet to receive a reply.

My order was $186, my account was hit twice for $186 for a total of $372 & put my account minus $175 in the red! Luckily i caught the mistake & the bank removed one of the $186 charges!

I got an e-mail that my $186 order was being shipped! 2-3 days latter i got an e-mail that my order was waiting for pickup in Mass! I e-mailed back WTF? Luckily i checked my bank account and found $186 charges taken out of my checking account TWICE causing my account to go into the red -$175!!!! Luckily i caught it while both charges were pending & the bank removed one of the $186 charges, seeing as i have only one car with a clutch problem & only needed one order of parts! All is well now! But had a good scare & if i didn’t catch the mistake i’d of suffered overdraft fees!

Too a long time once the order was placed. Once I received the order I installed the 3rd brake light only to have the light crack after the first time I used my car. Was told not a warranty issue. They hinted that I broke it installing it. I have been a mechanic for over 40 years so I consider that as a insult. Last time I buy anything from them !!!!!
