Sad, no response when I contacted you by email about a defective product. Asking for a replacement and never received any response!

Purchased a 3/8 Copper Nickel fuel line and they charged me an additional fee on my account after the sale. They refunded the additional fee however it's been eight days and the tracking said the shipment was cancelled but not by me. Tried to call the company two days in a row to cancel the order and there is a phone recording that says unfortunately we are unable to take your call right now. I've also emailed the company to cancel the order and no actions have been taken.

Would definitely not recommend any of their product ,no customer service

First order was thru Amazon. Was sent wrong item. I am sure it was Amazon's mistake. Finally got that sorted out. Second order was made on 4lifetimelines website. Tracking shows item held up for unknown reason 5 days ago. Multiple messages left with customer service. No responce. Maybe someone will see this and reach out to help me resolve what the problem may be. Hopefully it is some sort of shipping error. I will update my review after this is all sorted out.
