CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT EITHER ON PHONE OR EMAIL NO RESPONSE

I contacted both the number on the site and the email before they processed my payment or shipped my order asking them to cancel my order and they sent it anyway without contacting me back… ever. I have disputed the charge via Amex, I purchased in error trying to see how much shipping was, but it ended up processing payment/order before showing a breakdown of the charges.

Didn't ship order, so I emailed cancellation request after 3-4 days. No reply. Picked up the stuff elsewhere. Received email that order was shipping, told them not to. No reply. Received order, told them again that I didn't want it. No reply. Filed issue with PayPal. No reply. Filed claim with PayPal, no reply. Overall, will not be returning.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I've tried calling your company, and the phone is never answered in regards to my order being wrong. I've emailed multiple times about my order and I have not received a response. Completely unacceptable in this day and age. Simply a terrible experience.

I received a kit different then what I ordered and have been unable to get ahold of customer support via phone or email.
