Price was great, free shipping was also good, but since the packaging was very thin with no protection, about three feet of the 25-foot coil of 3/8" copper nickel tubing could not be used.

Lack of service
I tried calling and messaging the company several time and got no call back. I finally spoke to a gentleman who told me that you were on vacation. I would have been nice if you had posted that on your website and left a message on your phone system. My problem is I purchased 3/16 ss brake line and cannot double flare it. When I spoke to the man on the phone he said it works best if you use a hydraulic flaring tool. If I had known that I would not have purchased SS lines. I also I never received an emailed invoice or confirmation. Please send me an invoice. Thank you.

Missing info
More often than not you forget to indicate whether your line kits are Inverted or bubble flair kits. Making navigating extremely difficult! your pricing & general display of product is good.

your 1/4 inch steel unions
your 1/4 inch steel unions are over sized for 1/4 tubing.
