great service. I was able to e mail them and they answered very timely. Delivery time was just OK. But they seem to prefer USPS which seems to have a problem with their delivery time line. The small tubing cutter I bought sit in a USPS warehouse for 3 days with no movement. Cost me money when things I buy online for my business don't arrive in a timely manner.
