from my first phone call to my ordering, everything is great; however, my only gripe, better cataloging and more products. your company needs to look a little closer at some of your tools pricing; the little blue tubing bender is cheaper at Harbor Freight. why does this matter? i sell tons of these. when my customers watch me bend lines for them, this tool bends tighter and better than my $85.00 snap on tool does. it sells itself every time. i sell them for $15, and for the first time guy or even professionals see it, and notice that it is reasonable priced, it's like it should be part of any brake line kit you sell. great stuff, i am sorry i missed you at SEMA 22 this year. next time
