I ordered the pair for my 2018 Goldwing DCT Tour. I have the Goldstrike grips installed. The screws it came with looked a little smaller than the 6mm described in their installations video so I called and talked to Matt. He said some went out with 5mm before they caught it. I felt the 5mm was too small so I just picked up a couple 7mm stainless at ACE hardware. I removed the end caps and drilled and tapped the ends of the grips without taking them off the bike. Just take the drilling slow and let the drill do the work. Tapping, same way. Once the trap starts to cut, back it out about half a turn to freak h the thread cuts. Total install took about 10 minutes. On my throttle handle I also have the throttle dog and since the cap end is convex, it did not fit flush so I put on a 1-1/4” rubber washer (also from ACE) between the Lid Lox and the end cap to fill the gap. Looks good. I will Send LidLox a picture of it. Very happy with them 😎

Very happy with my Lidlox Pair bolt mount. I had an issue with using the bolt mount because of my phone mount but Matt helped with a solution and now they're on and working fine. Strongly recommend these locks and this company.

Great product. Definitely recommend. Easy to install in less than 5 mins and comes very handy to secure your helmet. It doesnt protrude much, it just gels with the bike aesthetics. Really loving it.
