Recently purchased one of the helmet locks for my bike to mount on the brake bracket. Easy to fit and better to use. We spend a lot on our lids and people are all to willing to steal your expensive helmet when you leave it with the bike. Easy to fit, easy to use and feel much better knowing my lid is secured to the bike. Awesome unit. Thanks

I was looking to get some extra keys made for the grip end locks for a motorcycle I purchased. It was fairly easy to find what I needed, supply a key code, and get them ordered. Keys came in (with a lock core) and worked perfect. Ahead of time I asked a question to the seller. They got back to me very quick too.

Excellent idea to have replacement parts availbale.

I had one Lidlox on a used bike that I purchased and discovered that I really needed 2. I did not want to just buy another because I would than have to keep 2 keys rather than 1 for both. I got in touch with Matt at Lidlox and explained the situation. He said to go ahead and order one online and let him know the order number so he would make sure that I got a lock with the same key number as I currently have. I ordered online and lo and behold in 2 days I had the second Lidlox with the correct keying. I installed it the next day and have been using it quite a bit. So as I titled the review, great product and exceptional customer service. I have been talking up the product with all the riders that I meet on my weekend rides.

Such a simple solution to keep your helmet safe and secure, easy to install
