I used two of these to replace my OEM running board lights that failed. My GX470 has a fade to off function and these lights work with that system perfectly. Love the quality of the unit and the quality of the light color. These are perfect for under-car lighting - have not seen any product better. My only issue is the mounting point grounds out the light when fastened directly to the chassis. This may not affect most applications but in my case, would cause the light to be illuminated all the time. I had to install a rubber spacer to ensure the light does not touch metal to metal. Otherwise, I am very happy.

Happy with the way they turned out. Mounting was kind of a pain - limited wiggle room with hardware and set bracket. KC has bunk inventory for covers. Purchased some pretty red covers on eBay.
