Great job

All parts arrived other than one dust cap. Downside is the other 3 dust caps were damaged in shipping. This is minor but irritating.

Packaging was subpar

It’s ok. Hoist and cylinder are built well, but no instructions or diagram which made installing it difficult. Cost me more time and money. Once we finally got installed it worked well

I’m a welder and it was some of the worst blueprints
