Experience was awesome 👍 from Ironman. The roof rack came as expected. Although my roof rack was bent a little due to the shipping and traveling from California all the way to Kansas, I was able to install the rack on my GX 460 with no problems except to put some weight on the middle of the rack to snug the hardware in the middle mounting holes. Everything went well and the rack fit tight. Ironman is a wonderful company and treats their customers really great. I doubt the bend in the rack was due to Ironman or the manufacturer but was due to the forklift drivers who loaded the rack harshly on the shipping 🚛 trailer. The skid pallet was also bent awkwardly but still intact. I know the shipping workers try to do their best care but because of shipping deadlines and fast pace work, demanding and unrealistic expectations from supervisors and owners put strain and physical harm to their employees causes some of the customers product to be damaged. All and all, Ironman is an awesome company. Thank you Ironman and staff.
