Everything showed up on time and exactly what I ordered

Never got my cap I irdered

Only real issue I have with HSP is I needed this kit ASAP! I called before ordering and was told I'd have it in less than 2 weeks that all the parts were on the shelf and just needed powder coated. After 2 weeks I got an email saying would be another month. I called pretty pissed off. Got some lame excuse saying that guy was a fill in for the day (I call bullshit) they asked if there was anything "else" they can do for me. I said stop lying to me and expedite my parts. Must have worked because I had then within a week of that conversation.

HSP was great to work with only problem I had was my core return to longer than expected and we had a little argument cuz they sent back the wrong amount and was a key stroke rate but they fixed for fast no problem and apologized for the mistake I have and will continue with to recommend HSP to friends

Good communication, good shipped. Product took a while to get.
