Had to be back ordered due to company error. I was told it would be sent Priority and am waiting for it since they are sending it 2 day instead. Hope it is worth it after the confusions. Will update my rating after I get it and can install it.

İt takes time to get a respond and get answers on the products and the order

Purchased a Two Up Your Pack Rack, didn’t fit the bike and had to return it. Wasn’t provid d a return label, costed me money. Then received a note back stating you received the rack and refunding my money, but wait.... that was reduced by 15%!! So now the whole process of retuning this rack cost me $45 ..... geez....

Did not fit stock headlight housing of 2007 Nightster. Ad listed that it would fit. Called and they answered and tried to offer assistance. That was appreciated.

Poor materials not what I expected for price
