So far I’m pretty happy with my Hogworkz experience. The shipment was very timely and got to me in the advertised time. I read the limited instructions for installation on a 2012 Road King. The instructions mostly pointed toward reading the owners manual for replacing a light. What they didn’t say is that you pretty much have to gut your existing light to install the new one. I just kept removing stuff until I could put the new light in. (Maybe common sense to more seasoned riders) After the installation I had issues with the passing light coming on. Since there was limited information in the package I got online to find the customer support. I wasn’t overly impressed with the trouble shooting skills of the person on the other end. He wasn’t very knowledgeable, beyond what I already knew, with the installation of the headlights. I eventually went to the one light that wasn’t working and turned the connection over and the light came on. (Again, maybe common sense to experienced riders) I’m impressed with the lights themselves. The dim with the passing lights are amazing. I don’t see much difference in the bright light. The fixture came preset in a way that shown the bright light up in the trees. I’ve adjusted it down but still haven’t found that sweet spot. I will keep trying. I may have to get the adapter to keep the passing light on while the bright is on. My four star rating is strictly for lights. I’d give customer service a three. They were very friendly just not very helpful.

The headlight is amazing!!!! But im not gonna lie it was an absolute pain in butt to install. If they could cut down the size of the box attached to it it would perfect.

They look good but the figment is a little sloppy and the direction were not good.
