The part did not fit my bike.

Still waiting on an email to explain why I haven't received all of my packages. I've done an order for $4,000 worth of parts and this is the only company and Order that I am still waiting for my order..

My first order showed up and was the wrong part. So o had to go out of my way and make a trio to the post office before the new part would be sent out. After finally receiving the correct part it came with no instructions. Come to find out I could of ordered this same brand for 60 dollars less and had it in 3 days. Probably would of came with instructions like the first incorrect part did.

I ordered a bullet cone intake I had hell getting it to go on my bike my Harley Davidson mechanic had to use spacers he had in the shop to mount the intake because you sent the wrong ones. And when I called your customer service line all I got was attitude and incompetence I would never ever ever ever order anything from your company again EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't even begin to say how disappointed I am with this tour pack. Very flimsy at best with a latch that is cheap and won't work as far as actually latching the pack shut. The lose fit of the latch allows the pack to pop open when you hit any bump in the road (not a bad bump) just any bump. Even the quick release mounting bracket fits the bike lose to where you can hear the whole pack raddle. My opinion is save your money and buy a Harley tour pack. It will save you the couple hundred bucks you'll spend on this one only to have to buy another from Harley anyway.
