New I should ha e never bought this kit! 3rd day ballast goes out, 3 weeks bulbs are going out. Cheap junk kit. I don't even want to waist my time with trying to deal with warranty. A: cause neither of these issues should have taken place. If I could get my money back is the only thing I am wanting. I have been a installer of HID kits for over 12 years. Only one company I will deal with, and this is definitely one I will never do business with. Junk ballast, junk bulbs, and the cheapest , junk relay kit I have installed in 12 years. Do not buy, do not waist your money. And not to mention, they are not bright at all.

Nothing matches up no help from web site no return phone call

I did not receive a proper functioning unit that properly hit my vehicle and the relay system that was suppose to prevent issues from my vehicle with DRL was cheap and not properly designed for many vehicle. I was disappointed in the quality of the products because of function and installment. I was also disappointed with the fact that I return the items same day as receiving my shipping label. Only to be prolonged because the weren't scan in, instead left at the warehouse upon arrival, after a few days from confirmed shipment. Over all was considering to purchase a a different unit with your company but displeased with the refund time and product. Ended up buying an LED kit from another company.

Well the fact that it didn’t fit properly is the beginning. I referenced your chart to make sure I purchased the correct kit, but when a tried to install them, it was a different fit. I reached out to customer service. All they said was to return them and they’d look into why it wasn’t correct. I sent them pictures of the connections and they said they would get back to me and figure it out. It’s been over 2 weeks since I returned the product and no one has contacted me with a solution. I still want to buy HIDs for my truck, but I guess I’ll take my business somewhere else.

I purchased some 8k hids for my vehicle, installed on a weekday by the weekend the drivers headlight does not work. The amplifier ticks when the when the lights are turned on. Waste of money and my time installing.
