Good, but like humans has its challenges
The kit arrived quickly, packed well and look when put together. My son and I were going to replace the cloudy headlight units and HID bulbs and ballasts. Were did all you needed to do to get the headlights out, swapped the HID parts as necessary and installed the new relay. Power up the lights and, and, nothing. After a couple hours of searching for a cause in 20 degree temps we gave up. Later that day we went back out and found one of the plugs on the supplied HIDExtra harness was put together poorly and the connect on the wire to the plug was broken. I called HIDExtra, explained the issue and let them know that I was getting ready to undergo surgery and if they could get the new parts for us. I never heard back from anyone. My son and I removed the relay harness, cut one of the plugs off and swapped it with the defective plug and it worked!!!!!! We went to the other headlight removal and swap out process and I will be darned if it did not also have a bad plug. We cut another plug off of the relay and patched it in like before and Yes, it worked!!!! So, my chemo radiation and surgery process begin next Monday. It was actually a blessing that these kits had defects, it gave my son and I a lot more time together doing what we like to do best, working on cars. I never heard back from HIDExtra, but the lights look great on his car. Anyone need a relay harness with a plug left??? I will make you a good deal.
