I am amazed that in 2019, there are still good customer service experiences and this was one of those times! I purchased two Light kits with just a dream of glowing bright in my luxury car. My AURA Underglow and Interior lights made that dream possible. I had an issue, which was met by staff with sympathy, compassion and swift action to replace and make sure i had everything i needed to bring my car experience to life.
