I ordered a new headlamp kit from the company....they shipped the incorrect one. My mechanic already had taken out the old one and then had to reinstall it so I was legal to drive. More unnecessary and fees. The company agreed to send me the correct part, prepay the shipping, pay for me to return then correct part AND send the correct part at no charge AND gave me a full credit for the wrong part. I'd say that's "beyond world class service"!!! Good to know there are still some honest, responsible, 'stand up' people doing business in this world. They get my thumbs up and I'll be a returning customer!!!
