Ordered a replacement sun visor for my vehicle. Worked great. Customer service followed up when I entered my VIN incorrectly. Seemed genuinely concerned that I got the correct part. And the cost of the part was very reasonable. A good experience and I would order from them again.

I needed two frame braces for my truck as the originals were rotted out. The dealer price was $144 each. Group 1 had it for $91 each. The parts arrived in 3 days, as promised and I installed them.

Service and support was excellent. Product usually ships fast but there’s a back order on part #JL3Z-1866601-EE and they refunded my money. They would contact me when it is available to order and in stock again. Other than the product being on back order, they have always had great service and prompt with their processing/shipping.
