The customer service was excellent! On multiples times I've contacted customer service and come away impressed at how great the service was. Once, I received 1 item that was missing some hardware, and after reporting this to Front Runner with pictures, they quickly worked to resolve the issue for me. I was very pleased with how quickly and professionally they have answered my questions and resolved any issues. Another time, I placed an order literally the day before a sitewide 20% off sale, and once I realized this I wanted to cancel my order to make another copy order but with the discount and they were eager to help me out with this. Great company!
