Great experience shopping the dometic website!

Awaiting Build/Assembly. Hello, Just wanted to let you know that I have Not yet assembled the rack but am very excited to do so. Awaiting final paint on my 1977 IH Scout II.

Easy and smooth service

The CFX 75DZ we just purchased and installed is as expected. one issue was documentation for how to reverse the opening of the doors was not included. The fact is documentation is very limited anymore as it is expected that purchasers will use the Internet to find out the information about the products they have just purchased. I believe this to be a shortcoming. !

The online purchase was simple and Dometic shipped quickly! I do like the bluetooth, surprisingly. The compressor works quite well and is almost silent! I had issues with the 3rd party courier and Dometic was quite helpful and reassuring. Great customer service!
