Poor customer service and poor product knowledge

My order arrived in separate deliveries. The delivery arrived late. Front Runner didn’t seem interested and were no help other than providing a tracking number.

Kevin is a very friendly guy, but I think it's the engineers department that need to look at sending out longer bolts and the design.

Disappointing! The table arrived broken and despite reporting it straight away I still haven’t been notified of a refund almost 2 weeks later

Table OK but usual poor service from Frontrunner. Bad packaging as always. Spent a fortune and the worst experience ever, won’t be buying from them again
