Shipping took weeks. Product damaged

Shipping took weeks. Product damaged with no responsibility taken from frontrunner. Told to wait for a UPS claim to be resolved and get replacement parts sent. When a refund was requested, I was told I'd have to wait a further 3 weeks for the person who processes refunds to return. Awful customer service. I intend to publicise my experience so others steer clear.
