Great rack. Poor packaging as eco tape wasn’t stuck very well to inadequate box and arrived with gaping hole in it, fortunately nothing missing only two dented slats. Impossible to contact Dometic and instructions poor

Very happy with the service. Customer service is very helpful with questions I had when ordering. Bit slow with responses. Takes a few days. Overall very happy. Will be ordering again.
