Not been very happy, issues both times with UPS causing delays that both times required further information from fronrunner before import was possible. The quick mount tent brackets don’t work with my james boroad tent so are now useless and the sides for the easy out awning have a large gap at the top due to the way its clipped on. I have now mounted my slimline rack upside down so I could use the supplied James Baroud brackets and so finally have a solution that works.

Non happy with solution proposed

Good contact with technical support. But still the product quality is far away from acceptable level

The rack itself works well to hold my skis, but the installation was painful… The two rack clamps come assembled and as per the instructions, you must remove the lower rubber strip and reinstall it in order to mount the clamp to the roof rack. To do this, some button head screws must be removed. Unfortunately the factory tighten these WAY too much, making them impossible to unscrew. Why do this knowing the user has to undo them for the install? Button head screws strip very easily and despite being extremely careful one stripped… It took me an hour to get this one screw out using specialist tools that the average person most likely don’t have. Disappointed with the quality considering this is the most expensive ski rack on the market.
