1/ Have spare parts 2/ Not over priced 3/ Fast shipping 4/ Seems to cover the bits that break 5/Finally a company that knows that off roaders can, and will fix things. While packing/cleaning up my chair from the last trip, I noticed that one of the brackets was broken. The chairs are 5 years old and are well used, and are my go-to chair for camping and general use, well used. Ok, i thought I need to get another chair before the next trip, and then this will become the spare parts, so looking on line, I discovered the repair kit, and it also has the parts required (most kits always miss the bit you need, those bloody Murphys) On the weekend, I fiited the required parts, and by the looks of the kit, there are enough to rebuild a chair from scratch, and although fiddly (fat fingers) easy to fit parts. However my only suggestion, would be to either add instructions, or a link to them on-line to assist. ie might be an easier way. All in All, I now have some spare parts for bush, and will continue to use the chairs I love.
