I bought a set of springs and they dont fit my truck. I was told they won't return cause them cause I tried installing them. They asked for pictures and I got no response. I even called cause the springs did not even look close to same size of old ones but the assured me they where correct. I will definitely never buy anything from freedom if I get stuck with these springs.

Zero help with directions on installing air bag kit . No help on advertised free shipping . I’m in Canada so it cost over a hundred dollars extra without any warning . This is not a customer friendly business. If there was a zero star rating I would use it .

Sent me wrong ball joints. . then I had to pay to return them. The guy was stupid as they come. Totally rude. NEVER AGAIN… here I come kryptonite. .

Never got a tracking number for the second item I ordered at the same time and it took over a month. Still waiting for the second part of my order.
