Ordering was easy, shipper damaged the package and possibly the parts. I wanted to get them refunded and they expect me to pay for shipping and a restocking fee if the parts weren’t damaged…

ordered almost three weeks ago and hasn’t even come in the mail yet

The lower control arms seemed as good as original, and maybe they are, but the bolts that come with it are low grade, the alignment shop could barely make it in tolerance for alignment and one nut stripped out and almost ruined the cheap cam bolt. It’s aligned and I’m running it, and now it squeaks whenever I hit any bumps.

Received the wrong item. They were quick to answer the email and give a prepaid return. This did make me miss a scheduled appointment to have them installed and then had to drive 1. 5 hours to a FedEx location to ship them back. Just a canned email with instructions. Not horrible but also not great customer service. Hoping when I get them it’s worth all the work.

The box had no internal packaging and was 100% destroyed with all control arms damaged and I only received a $50 refund instead of undamaged parts
