Great Customer Service

Received parts in damaged condition. Box heavily damaged with pieces missing, heavily bandaged with tape. One mud flap had been installed(or attempted) as it have gravel grime on it, was scuffed up and the clips were incorrectly mounted. Customer service sent out a new set ASAP, not sure how these went through return dept and were reallocated? 5 stars for customer service dept, 1 for shipping me a used/damaged product, that's why I gave them a 3.

Review of services

Hello, I am writing you today to respond to your request for a review of my experience with your company. I really appreciate the great pricing I recieved from your company. We had an issue with the delivery of my package that was due to me living out in the middle of no-where, your staff was very helpful even helping to solve the issue on days off. With that being said, I do have an issue with the weekend service. I called on a Saturday, I think it was an answering service that took my call, they told me they would have someone call me back as soon as possible, I was thinking, probably monday, no problem, I told the lady that was so helpful to me that I would give the company another try because of her efforts. But since I never got a call back, I went a different direction with my purchase. Thank you for the opportunity to express my opinion. Dutch Humbert

Customer service by John was good however read below problems encountered

One item from my PO was received damaged due to inadequate packaging. Only one strip of tape used to secure the shipping box and packing was poor. This was shared with John and pictures sent. Also was promised replacement part would ship overnight and ended up waiting 4 days for it

Not up to date. Items

Not up to date. Items I wanted for 2019 Mazda CX-5 had to be added to the site at my request. Checkout was an issue as the shipping preference would not load. Interacted with John through email and he was able to fix each issue withing 24 hrs. I also was looking for back seat covers ( at the time, I didn’t know what they were called ) but John said you didn’t have those so I ordered from another site. Much to my chagrin, I ended up seeing an advertisment for them. I proceeded to surf your website but was unable to bring anything up or search for anything. Needless to say, your website was a disappointing experience.
