Much too long for shipping

I've sent like three emails now asking about the status of my order because it wasn't properly inputted, making my "Order Status" page incorrect, and I have yet to get anything other than the default automated response. All I want is to know some sort of time table for my order because I had plans for a while ago to finish my build. It's going on 3 weeks since I ordered, and I just want to know if anyone knows how much longer it's gonna be before my order ships.
