As a Detroit Mopar customer of 4+ years, I can tell you the Manager, Joe has always has my order processed and ready for pickup within 3 business days, and notify me by email the moment my order is ready for local pickup. He’s also quick to pickup the phone in cases where my parts aren’t available in Serra’s local distribution hubs, or the following day in times when his ready for pickup email goes unnoticed by me. Very impressed. A+
