The service is great but unfortunately, GM's recommended replacement parts don't always fit. I ordered a VIN specific replacement thermostat for a 2014 Sonic. The part I received was correct according to GM but it didn't fit. I returned the part without problem. Later, I bought a VIN specific replacement thermostat from my local GM dealer, which again wouldn't fit. The solution that worked in the end was to buy and replace the complete thermostat housing.

Ordered a strut that was on backorder, (which is out of their control) but when stock was available they phoned to double-check it was still needed, & sent it out the same day. Would definitely recommend.
