excellent tarp. just what I needed

I have bought and installed 2 of the K12CSET Mountain Tarps. It is a pleasure working with Carolina tarps. The K12 tarp is very well organized, and pretty easy to install if you have any mechanical skills at all. The directions are easy to navigate. And if you don't understand Carolina staff is very helpful.

nice sturdy tarp great price fast shipping

I ordered some rebuild tarp parts for my existing tarp on my tri-axle dump truck. I really needed these parts as my truck was down until I received the new parts. They put the order in quick but when it came time for me to receive my order they never showed up when they told me it would. After calling I finally received the parts the next day at about 6:00pm when they were supposed to be here at 11:00am. When the FedEx truck arrived I noticed that I was missing my main aluminum tube for my tarp arm on my truck(NOT GOOD). After a few more days and some more calls I finally received my aluminum tarp arm. Both ends of the aluminum tube were damaged to the point where i should have retuned the product but I was in such a bind because of my truck being down I went ahead and kept the aluminum arm. I'm not really sure who's to blame but the whole experience was very poor.
