Capital Toyota Lexus of Chattanooga

Whoever at Toyota packed the water pump knew that it was broken as the box with the part was crushed. They then put the crushed box into a bigger box with my other parts and sent it to me. When I did receive the part of course it was broken as it appeared it would be. When I contacted Toyota to advise it came broken, They put the claim through a third-party warranty. My problem is that this warranty will only send me a card that I must again now use through Toyota. When I tried to re-order through Toyota they were out of part that I needed. Why could they not just give me my money back so I can go through somebody else to get the part I needed. Very poor service and feels like a scam.
